• By purchasing my services , you automatically agree to the following conditions.

• If you do not agree to these terms, I have the right to refuse your commission.
USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, sleepy kate, you agree that you have read through my terms of service and accepted them. Any violators will be added to my blacklist.

GENERAL
•The client is expected to read my TOS prior to commissioning me.
•The client has looked over my commission prices and agreed upon them.
•The client agrees to not claim my work as their own.
•Credit for rigging must be given and visible.
ARTIST
•By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as a rigger only.
•I reserve the right to decline any client for any reason.
•I reserve the right to refund you the full amount if I am no longer able to work on the project.
•I reserve the right to post the work online, through social media, for self-promotion, unless an NDA is purchased.NDA - PRIVACY REQUEST
•If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be ordered at the beginning for the agreed upon commission price.
•The NDA request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor can I stream progress of the commission anywhere.
•This NDA agreement applies to the client as well.PAYMENT
•All payments will be made in USD through Paypal.
•A 50% deposit is required before I will start the commission.
•Full payment is required before I send the completed commission.
• I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.
•Payments will be sent through a paypal invoice only.
•If a payment is not made in a timely manner, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.REFUNDS
•If a refund is requested before I have started working on the commission, the client may receive a 100% refund.
•If a refund is requested after progress has started, the client may receive a 50% refund.
•If I cancel any project, the client will receive a 100% refund.CHARGEBACK
•You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
•If a refund has been approved by Paypal for any reason, you must contact me immediately and resolve the issue.
•You are required to contact me if you are requesting a cancellation.
•Any use of an unauthorized chargeback will result in a blacklist.WORK SCHEDULE
•You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. The deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.
•The commission automatically begins once I send an invoice.
•The client may not hound me with reminders unless there has been an agreed upon deadline. Even then, keep it within bounds of reason.
•It is the client's, as well as my own, responsibility for prompt communication when there is a deadline. I am not held responsible for a client not responding in a timely manner, resulting in a late deadline.
•The client reserves the right to be notified of any delays.
•I reserve the right to work on whichever commission I wish, unless a priority commission is purchased.REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK
•I will send multiple WIP's of the rigging to ensure it meets the clients expectations.
• It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the order contains details that I am to follow.
•Any major changes made during the rigging process (change in hairstyle, etc.) will result in a fee.
•When the order is completed, I will send a full progress video.
•If the client does not return any feedback in a timely manner, I reserve the right to charge a fee for any changes.
•If you, the client, fail to respond after 2 weeks, the commission work will be put on hold.FINAL PRODUCT
•Each piece will not be the same, there will be slight changes to my rigging as I learn and practice more.
•Credit to me, the artist, is required when you post it on any platform.
•The client is responsible for saving any data, I will not be held responsible if data is lost.
•I will hold onto the data of the commission for at least half a year.
•I am not required to post your order on any space.
•Feedback is accepted after the final product is complete, but no changes will be made.
•Any rude or toxic comments will result in a blacklisting.
